What Is Club Mango®?

Club Mango is the exclusive Red Mango® loyalty card program that allows you to earn Mango Points for every qualified purchase you make in any of our many participating Red Mango locations!

What are the benefits of  Club Mango?

  • You earn 10 Mango Points for every dollar spent on qualified purchases in a participating location!** 
  • You earn 50 Mango Points upon complete registration of your Club Mango card & account!
  • You will receive a $5 reward for every 500 Mango Points you earn!

  • Your rewards are automatically saved on your Club Mango account. To redeem them, just present your Club Mango card at the register at the time of purchase!
  • Your Club Mango card can also be used as a prepaid/stored value card.
  • As a Club Mango member, you may receive special promotions, coupons and invitations to exclusive events at Red Mango locations.***

Do my Mango Points ever expire?

Yes. Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Do birthday rewards expire?

Yes. Your birthday reward is valid for 30 days.

Do my $5 Club Mango rewards expire?

Yes. All $5 Club Mango rewards expire 60 days from the day you earn them.

It's my birthday and I didn't receive my $5 reward. Why?

You must be registered with Club Mango for at least two weeks prior to the date of your birthday to receive a birthday reward. If you meet the criteria and still did not receive your birthday reward, please contact us via email at clubmango@redmangousa.com.

I have accumulated Mango Points but why can't I redeem them?

The only way to redeem rewards that you have earned is by activating and registering your Club Mango card, and presenting your card at the time of checkout. Until you register your Club Mango card, you will not be able to redeem your rewards. You will, however, continue to accumulate Mango Points for qualified purchases at participating Red Mango locations. You must present your Club Mango card at the time of checkout to earn Mango Points and/or redeem rewards.

If I have added dollar value to my Club Mango card, can I still use it even though my card is not registered?

Yes. No matter how you activate and register your Club Mango card, you can also load or reload it as a prepaid/stored value card. Regardless of the dollar value on your Club Mango card, you'll earn mango points every time you make a qualified purchase at a participating Red Mango location as long as you present your Club Mango card at the time of purchase.

What is considered a qualified purchase?

The purchase of a Red Mango gift card and/or redemption of Club Mango rewards are not qualified purchases; however, purchases (other than purchases of gift cards) made at a participating Red Mango location using a Red Mango gift card and/or a preloaded Club Mango card (other than use of any Club Mango rewards) are considered qualified purchases.

How do I register for Club Mango?

To join Club Mango:

  • FIRST, get a Club Mango card at any participating Red Mango location.
  • NEXT, have the card activated by any Red Mango team member before you leave the store.
  • THEN, register your Club Mango card online at www.myclubmango.com or via your smartphone or tablet. After you have registered your card, start collecting Mango Points for all of your qualified purchases.  Don't forget that you must present your Club Mango card at the time of purchase to collect your Mango Points and/or redeem rewards. You must provide us with your email address in order for us to be able to send to you special promotions, coupons and/or invitations to exclusive events from Red Mango.

I'm getting an error message telling me that my Club Mango card is not activated.

If you pick up a Club Mango card from one of our participating locations and the card is not swiped prior to your receiving it, it will not be activated, and therefore you would be unable to register it. If this happens, simply email us the number listed on the back of your Club Mango card (clubmango@redmangousa.com) so that we can activate your card, which will allow you to complete the registration process. You can also visit your local participating Red Mango location and request to activate your card onsite. Remember to bring your receipt so that you earn Mango Points for your previous purchase.

Can I get Mango Points for purchasing a Red Mango gift card?

No. You cannot receive Mango Points for purchasing a Red Mango gift card. However, gift card recipients can earn Mango Points for every qualified purchase that they make at a participating Red Mango location using their Club Mango card in conjunction with their Red Mango gift card.

Can I use rewards to purchase a Red Mango gift card?

No. You cannot use rewards to purchase Red Mango gift cards.

I purchased a Red Mango gift card for someone. Can they join Club Mango using that gift card?

No. The gift card recipient can also join Club Mango by picking up a Club Mango card at any participating Red Mango location. Please note that the purchase of Red Mango gift cards is not a qualified purchase and you will not earn Mango Points for the purchase of Red Mango gift cards.  However, you will earn Mango Points for every qualified purchase that you make at a participating Red Mango location using your Club Mango card in conjunction with your Red Mango gift card.

Where can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance at your nearest participating Red Mango location, or online at http://redmango.it/ckmybal.

Do I earn Mango Points on coupon and/or Club Mango reward redemptions?

No. Mango Points are only earned on qualified purchases. Mango Points are only earned on actual dollars tendered. For example, if you bought a yogurt for $4 and you redeemed a $1 off coupon at the time of purchase, provided that you presented your Club Mango card at such time, you would earn 30 mango points (or 10 mango points X $3). If you bought a yogurt for $5 and you redeemed your birthday reward of $5 to pay for that yogurt, then you would not receive any Mango Points for tat transaction. Qualified purchases are determined by Red Mango in its sole discretion and may be changed without notice.

How do I replace a lost or stolen card?

If your Club Mango card is ever lost or stolen, simply visit your local participating Red Mango location and request a new Club Mango card. If you remember your 16-digit account number, the store will be able to exchange your old card for a new one. This will automatically transfer any balances from your lost card to your new card. If you do not have the 16-digit account number, you will need to ask for a new Club Mango card, and register your new Club Mango card with a new user name and password  (but with the same email address that is connected to the lost or stolen card). Once you have done this, simply email us at clubmango@redmangousa.com and request that your Mango Points and any reward balances be transferred to your new Club Mango card. We will need your new Club Mango card number, as well as the user name connected to your old account, in order for us to transfer any existing Mango Points and/or rewards.

Can I combine Mango Points from multiple Club Mango cards?

Yes! Simply register the Club Mango card that you will keep as your primary Club Mango card and email us at clubmango@redmangousa.com with your request to combine your multiple Club Mango cards. We will need the numbers of all of your Club Mango cards, and you will need to indicate which Club Mango card you want as your primary card.  We will transfer your Mango Points and/or rewards from the identified Club Mango cards to the one that you designate as your primary card.

I forgot my Club Mango card during my last visit. Can I still get Mango Points for my purchase?

Yes! Simply bring your receipt into your nearest participating Red Mango location, and our team members will be able to add Mango Points to your card at the store. If you have any difficulties getting points added at your store, please either email a copy of your receipt with your 16-digit Club Mango card number to clubmango@redmangousa.com or mail it to the following address:

I forgot my username or password for my Club Mango card. What do I do?

Just send an email to  clubmango@redmangousa.com to request your user name or password. For your privacy, we do not have access to your password. However, we can reset it for you so that you can update your Club Mango account with a new password.

I registered online a long time ago but never received an actual card. What do I do?

You can bring your old 8-digit Club Mango account number to your local participating Red Mango location, and they will be able to "Exchange" that account number for a new Club Mango card. This will transfer any previous Mango Points and/or rewards you may have earned to your new Club Mango card.  If for some reason your Red Mango store is not able to do this, please email all of your old account information to clubmango@redmangousa.com so that we can mail you a new Club Mango card.

Red Mango Gift Cards

How do I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance at any participating Red Mango location that sells Red Mango gift cards, or online at http://redmango.it/rmckbal on the "gift card" page.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card online at www.redmangousa.com on the "gift card" page.

Can I email Red Mango gift cards to a friend?

No. We currently do not have an electronic gift card system. All Red Mango gift cards ordered online will be sent via standard mail. Shipping fees are applicable.

Can I use my gift card as a loyalty card?

No. Red Mango gift cards only hold a dollar value, not loyalty points.

What is the difference between adding money to a gift card and adding money to a loyalty card?

None. The only difference is for convenience (i.e., having two cards versus having one card that works as both a stored value and loyalty card).

Can I get Club Mango points for purchasing a Red Mango gift card?

No. You are not able to earn Club Mango points for a Red Mango gift card purchase. You can only earn Club Mango points on Red Mango gift card redemptions.
