How do I check my gift card balance?

Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card online

Can I use my gift card as a loyalty card?
No. Red Mango gift cards only hold a dollar value, not loyalty
points.
Can I add value to my Red Mango gift card?
In the United States, you can load a dollar value on a Red Mango
gift card by using a credit card, debit card or cash by visiting
any participating Red Mango location. You may not load more than
$250 worth of value on each Red Mango gift card. The minimum amount
that must be loaded on your Red Mango gift card is $5. Red Mango
may change the maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying
you at the point of sale, by phone when you call or on the Site,
and such change shall not constitute an amendment to this
agreement.
What is the difference between adding money to a gift card and
adding money to a loyalty card?
None. The only difference is for the added convenience of having
just one card that works as both a stored value and loyalty card,
instead of two separate cards.
Can I get CLUB MANGO points for purchasing a RED MANGO gift
card?
No. You are not able to earn Club Mango Mango Points for
purchasing Red Mango gift cards. You can only earn Mango Points on
qualified purchases in participating Red Mango locations, which
include payments made through the redemption of Red Mango gift
card.
How to I replace a lost or stolen gift card?
Lost, stolen or damaged Red Mango gift cards may be replaced
with a new gift card in the amount of any remaining balance on the
gift card after Red Mango's receipt of the number and proof of
purchase (i.e., receipt) of the lost, stolen or damaged gift card.
If your gift card has been lost, stolen or damaged, please mail:
(1) the number of your old gift card, (2) an original Red Mango
store receipt indicating the purchase of the gift card (a copy of
the receipt is not acceptable), (3) a copy of a valid government
issued I.D. (Driver's License, Military I.D., or Passport), and (4)
your complete name and mailing address to: Red Mango, Inc., Attn:
Gift Cards Replacement, 13014 N Saguaro Blvd, Ste. 102, Fountain
Hills, AZ 85268. Upon satisfactory receipt of these required
information, Red Mango will cancel your old gift card and issue a
new gift card in the amount of any remaining balance on your old
gift card on the date of Red Mango's receipt of the such
information. The replacement gift card will be mailed to the
address you provide, which must be a valid street address. P.O.
Boxes will not be accepted. Please make a copy all documents you
submit to us for your records. All documents submitted become Red
Mango's property and will not be returned. Please allow up to 8
weeks for delivery of the replacement gift card. Red Mango shall
not be responsible for any lost, late, illegible, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete or postage due mail. Fraudulent submissions
may result in prosecution under applicable federal mail fraud
statutes.
Does my RED MANGO gift card have an expiration date?
Red Mango gift cards are not subject to any service fees or
expiration dates.
Can my RED MANGO gift card be used to purchase other gift
cards? And can I get CLUB MANGO points for purchasing a Red Mango
gift card?
No. Red Mango gift cards are redeemable for food, drink and
eligible merchandise at participating Red Mango locations in the
US. Eligible merchandise or services are determined by Mango
in its sole discretion and may be changed without notice.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and
you will not receive Mango Points for the purchase of any gift
card. Further, you cannot use Club Mango rewards to purchase
Red Mango gift cards.
Are RED MANGO gift cards redeemable for cash?
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to
any Red Mango account, unless required by law. In California,
all Red Mango gift cards are redeemable for cash upon request if
the balance on the card is less than $10.00. Red Mango gift cards
may be redeemable for cash when their balance falls below a certain
amount in other states as well.
How can I E-Gift a RED MANGO Gift Card?
- Giving friends and family the gift of Red Mango just got
easier! You now have the ability to purchase gift cards
online.
- To order, simply click on the "Gift Card" tab via this website
and then on "Buy Online" to purchase.
- You will have the ability to select a gift card design, the
gift card amount (can choose a predetermined amount via a drop down
menu or other amount by typing it in the requested field), and the
delivery method (via a Facebook post or by sending a direct
email).
- After typing in a personalized message and confirming the
order, the recipient will receive notification of their gift via a
Facebook post or direct email message (depending on the selection
that was made during the ordering process).
- Please note that the recipient will not receive a plastic
card. If you are the recipient and want a physical card,
simply bring in the email notification to your local participating
Red Mango location to exchange it for a physical card.
- Recipients will have the ability to redeem their gift card in
store by presenting the cashier at their local participating Red
Mango location with the unique 10 digit number printed on the email
notification.
Please note that your use of a Club Mango card and/or Red Mango
gift card constitutes your acceptance of the complete terms and
conditions of our loyalty and gift card programs. Red Mango
may, at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify these terms
and conditions, with or without notice. Such modifications will be
effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these terms
and conditions of use periodically, and your continued use of your
Club Mango card and/or Red Mango gift card following such
modifications will indicate your acceptance of any modified terms
and conditions of use. If you do not agree to any modification of
the terms and conditions of use, you must immediately stop using
your Club Mango and/or Red Mango gift card.
