EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Barry Barron, Sr.
Chief Executive Officer
Barry has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July
2011. From 2001 to 2009, he served as Chief Operating Officer &
Executive Vice President for Ace Cash Express, Inc. in Irving, TX.
From 1995 to 2001, he served as Senior Vice President for Papa
John's International, Inc. in Louisville, KY. From 1994 to 1995, he
served as Division President Designate for Golden Corral
Corporation in Raleigh, NC, and from 1984 to 1994, he served in
operations and development roles for Pizza Hut, Inc.
Dan Kim
Founder and Chief Concept Officer
Dan is a true entrepreneur, having taken an idea from his own
kitchen table to the corner office and beyond. After thousands of
recipe trials in his own kitchen, he perfected a healthy,
all-natural frozen yogurt recipe in 2006 that has become the
cornerstone of a growing empire known today as Red Mango. Dan
graduated from the University of California's Haas School of

Miguel Foegal
Chief Operating Officer
Miguel is responsible for all aspects of store operations, supply
chain, service excellence, quality assurance, and local store
marketing. He comes to Red Mango with over 30 years in multi-unit
retailing.
Greg Kaloustian
Chief Development Officer
Greg handles all franchising related marketing, franchise sales,
development, real estate selection and construction. He
brings with him over 35 years of corporate and franchisee
experience.
Mitzi Brown
Chief Legal Officer & Secretary
Mitzi previously worked as Vice President, Legal and Digital
Content for Blockbuster Inc. She had also served as an
Associate General Counsel responsible for all legal matters
pertaining to content, intellectual property and business
development/strategic initiatives. Mitzi is a member of the
TX and FL bar associations and the American
Bar Association.

John Antioco
Director & Chairman
John began his career at 7-Eleven where he held a number
of senior management positions for over 20 years, including SVP of
worldwide store operations. John was later recruited to serve as
COO for Circle K Corporation, where he engineered the company out
of Chapter 11, was named chairman & CEO, and organized a
management-led leveraged buy-out for $400 million. In 1995, he took
the company public and in 1996, oversaw Circle K's $1 billion
merger with Tosco Corporation. The following year, John became
president & CEO of Taco Bell Corporation, a division of
PepsiCo. During his tenure, John reversed three years of negative
sales trends through the introduction of a new menu, a new ad
campaign and new franchising strategies. In 1997, John joined
Blockbuster, Inc. as chairman & CEO, and led the financial
turnaround of the company.
Fouad Bashour
Director
Fouad is a partner of CIC Partners. Prior to joining CIC in 1999,
he was an associate at The Boston Consulting Group, where he
advised companies in business strategy and operations.
Chuck Rawley
Director
Chuck began his career as president of Briadpatch, Inc., a chain
of steak houses in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, and
soon-after, he became the president of Brisken Group, the
Bojangles' Chicken 'n Biscuits franchisee for the state of
Kentucky. In 1985, he joined KFC, the world's largest chain of
chicken restaurants, as the director of operations and served as
vice president of operations for the west, northeast and
mid-Atlantic divisions from 1988 to 1994. Chuck assumed the
position of president in 1998. In 2001, he served as chief
development officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. Chuck is a founding member
of Yum's Partner Council, the senior-most management group
responsible for establishing the company's overall strategic
direction. In addition, he is credited with founding the concept of
multibranding, a key growth strategy for Yum's USA business
model.
Larry Zine
Director
Larry began his professional career at The Circle K Corporation in
1981 where he spent 15 years in various accounting and financial
positions, ultimately becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1989.
Along with John F. Antioco, Larry helped lead the turnaround of
Circle K which encompassed the leveraged buyout of the company from
bankruptcy, initial public offering, and the eventual sale of the
company. In 1999, Larry once again joined Antioco at Blockbuster,
Inc. where he became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer, leading all financial and administrative functions. Larry
retired in 2007 to a life of leisure.
William Monaco
Director
Bill, a life-long resident of New York, is a practicing
attorney and Partner in a large Long Island, New York based Law
firm. He also serves as director on the board of a Long Island
company that owns and operates multiple food service franchise
restaurants and State owned concessions.
Bill Murphy
Director
Bill has been a commercial general contractor for 33
years performing construction and consulting services for companies
such as Rite Aid, CVS, 7-Eleven, Mobil/Exxon, and Taco Bell.
He has built more than 30 Red Mango locations, and is a
partner with a Long Island company that owns and operates food
service franchise restaurants across the nation.
